Our Cottages
Baie Ste Marie has three luxurious, oceanfront cottages for you to choose from for your vacation in the Municipality of Clare, Nova Scotia. We have a 4.5 Star Canada Select Rating. Savour the magnificent sunsets and the highest tides in the world from your own large private deck in one of our cottages. All of our cottages have two bedrooms and are fully equipped and waiting for you to arrive. Our cottages have free parking, free wifi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, a whirlpool tub, satellite tv, a fireplace, outdoor deck, BBQ grill, pet friendly, non-smoking, with access to the beach. We also have a picnic area and a playground for your children.

Our Rates
Peak Season (May 1- September 30)

Week: $1750.00
Off Season (October 1- April 30)
Day: $220.00
Week: $1450.00
Pets
Maximum 2 pets allowed per cottage. Rate per pet is $30 per stay.
Please Note: We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement for all reservations. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement on Fridays & Saturdays during the months of July, August and September. However, sometimes the calendar will show availability on the weekends for 2 nights. Rates are for 4 people stay. For additional person $15.00 per person per night. Cottages will sleep 5.
Our Cancellation Policy
A minimum deposit of 25% of your stay is required to reserve your cottage.
Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to ensure a refund of your deposit less the noted cancellation fee:
2 nights stay
7 days advance notice / $25.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days - more than 48 hours advance notice/entire deposit forfeited.
Less than 48 hours advance notice / full stay charged.
3 - 6 nights stay
14 Days advance notice / 10% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days - more than 5 days / entire deposit forfeited.
Less than 5 days advance notice / full stay charged.
7 nights stay or more
30 Days advance notice / 10% cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days - more than 14 day / 50% deposit refunded.
Less than 14 days- more than 7 days / entire deposit forfeited.
Less than 7 days advance notice / full stay charged.
