Pets
Maximum 2 pets allowed per cottage. Rate per pet is $30 per stay.
Please Note: We have a 2 night minimum stay requirement for all reservations. There is a 3 night minimum stay requirement on Fridays & Saturdays during the months of July, August and September. However, sometimes the calendar will show availability on the weekends for 2 nights. Rates are for 4 people stay. For additional person $15.00 per person per night. Cottages will sleep 5.
Our Cancellation Policy
A minimum deposit of 25% of your stay is required to reserve your cottage.
Should your plans change, be sure to call us within the following guidelines to ensure a refund of your deposit less the noted cancellation fee:
2 nights stay
7 days advance notice / $25.00 cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days - more than 48 hours advance notice/entire deposit forfeited.
Less than 48 hours advance notice / full stay charged.
3 - 6 nights stay
14 Days advance notice / 10% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days - more than 5 days / entire deposit forfeited.
Less than 5 days advance notice / full stay charged.
7 nights stay or more
30 Days advance notice / 10% cancellation fee.
Less than 30 days - more than 14 day / 50% deposit refunded.
Less than 14 days- more than 7 days / entire deposit forfeited.
Less than 7 days advance notice / full stay charged.
